Since 2019, The Rubin Commercial Group has operated as a boutique commercial real estate firm specializing in distinctive and often overlooked opportunities.

Founded by Josh Rubin, Esq., the firm brings a hands-on, strategic approach to sourcing, structuring, and executing transactions. RCG’s assignments span traditional commercial real estate as well as operating businesses and specialty assets, including office condominium portfolios, summer camps, RV resorts, and marinas. Value-add assignments have ranged from repurposed college campuses to large-acreage industrial sites, along with equity raises and other capital needs for sponsors.
